We are uniquely skilled at identifying and bridging equity gaps, and translating the value proposition for Queer social impact advancement, across diverse stakeholder groups.
The change we hope to achieve long term is that investments towards Queer relevant increases with the goal of sustaining social demand.

Humility over Humbleness – We proudly bring 30+ years of experience to what we do. We also know that we can’t possibly know all of the nuances associated with the challenges within our community. We ask for clarity, understanding, and deep collaboration to help bring solutions that work.

Disruption of the Status Quo – “How it’s always been done” is no longer working to serve the LGBTQ+ community. We thrive in the space of innovation and creativity, working to think outside of conventional methods of support as those avenues diminish and dry up. Queer people are the common thread. Across time. Across place. Across individual identities. Our approach to progress is far from the norm.
